Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 1+ years hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube
• Strong working knowledge of biddable platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, with intermediate Excel skills
• Familiarity with ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
• Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
• Apply best practices across the paid social landscape while managing multiple campaigns at once
• Build and refine complex audience targeting strategies
• Manage daily budget pacing, bids, and optimizations
• QA all campaign setups, launches, and reporting for accuracy and quality
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities
• Optimize content calendars and paid plans to ensure clean, reliable data
• Partner with client teams on day-to-day communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
