OMG23, an Omnicom Media Group agency for Disney, is seeking a Specialist, Paid Social to execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. You’ll partner with the Social team to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver strong performance.

This hybrid role is based in Burbank, CA, with a California salary range of $60,000 to $70,500. Omnicom requires three days in the office weekly and supports development of paid media expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on paid social campaign experience across 2+ platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of biddable platforms (Meta/TikTok).
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint; intermediate Excel.
• Familiarity with ad serving, tagging, billing tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Flexible and proactive in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Apply best practices while managing multiple campaigns.
• Build and refine audience targeting strategies.
• Manage daily budget pacing, bids, and optimizations.
• QA campaign setups, launches, and reporting for accuracy.
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and identify optimizations.
• Coordinate with client teams on daily communication and problem solving.
• Communicate insights clearly in writing and presentations.
