Job summary

Leadhub, a digital marketing agency based in San Antonio, is seeking a Social Media Paid Specialist who owns paid social campaigns and creates their own creative. The role is hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, requiring you to shoot video and design ads in Adobe and Canva for a portfolio of home service clients.

You will manage campaigns, optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, and produce fresh assets regularly.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on paid social campaign management.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns for home service clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor performance daily and implement optimizations.
• Create and QA ad creative (video and static) and ensure asset freshness.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video for paid social.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the Media team.
