The Points Guy, LLC is seeking a Paid Social Strategist to drive acquisition through paid social campaigns and data-driven optimization. The role includes managing Meta Ads campaigns, testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end user journey from impression to conversion.

Hybrid role based in New York with in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri. Strong analytics, SQL, and Excel skills are required to deliver impactful insights and testing roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of demonstrated experience executing paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads and testing (A/B, for structured experiments).
• Experience with data visualization and data transformation tools like Databricks / Fivetran / Hightouch.

• Own and optimize paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition and funnel performance, focusing on Meta Ads.
• Continuously analyze performance data and surface actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Translate complex performance data into clear insights for internal stakeholders.
