Job summary

SourceM is seeking a Sourcing Project Manager to lead packaging development and supplier coordination for consumer brands. You’ll own projects end-to-end from concept to tooling, sampling, production, QC, logistics, and final delivery to clients.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in packaging development and global sourcing, with experience across rigid and flexible packaging and overseas suppliers. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of packaging development and global sourcing/project management for consumer brands.
• End-to-end project ownership from concept to tooling, sampling, production, QC, logistics, delivery.
• Experience with rigid and flexible plastic packaging and overseas manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Own packaging development from concept to tooling, sampling, production, QC, and logistics.
• Manage orders from placement through final delivery, including pricing verification and coord with manufacturers.
• Coordinate with global packaging suppliers, freelance designers, and engineers.
• Place and manage first-article samples, pre-production approvals, specs, and timelines.
• Maintain organized project documentation and strong client communication.
• Uphold high standards of responsiveness and service.
