Job summary

Smurfit WestRock Company in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate packaging/display/visual information flow, serving as a liaison between sales, estimating, accounting, production and the customer.

In this hybrid role you will manage quotes, orders, schedules, tracking, expediting, shipping, and inventory, while ensuring data accuracy and on-time in-full deliveries. You’ll also drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/account management.
• Experience in printing or packaging preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of quotes, orders, schedules and tracking.
• Expedite and ship orders; manage inventory and reporting.
• Work with sales, estimating and production to ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Process customer purchase orders with complete data and accurate records.
• Attend meetings and communicate customer feedback to improve service.
