Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of material planning or related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards).
• Understanding of MRP, BOMs, inventory planning, and supplier management.
• Strong Excel skills for inventory and planning analysis.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage packaging materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish to prevent disruptions.
• Manage supplier schedules, POs, lead times, and MOQs.
• Coordinate packaging material revisions and product transitions.
• Support phase-in of new packaging components and phase-out of obsolete materials.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Packaging teams to ensure material readiness.
• Maintain planning data in ERP and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze material shortages, identify risks, and communicate potential supply issues.
• Participate in operational planning meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
