• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in packaging engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, testing, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design and development from concept through production.
• Develop and execute packaging qualification plans and tests.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and reduce packaging waste while ensuring product protection.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to optimize packaging.
