Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead delivery, quality, and coordination with ODM/CM partners across Mexico. You will report on material and engineering issues and work closely with supply planning, logistics, and RMA teams.

The role demands extensive experience in electronics, strong English communication, and the ability to manage complex build plans and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; electronics or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in electronics industry and similar PM/SCM roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin preferred).
• Well versed with SAP ERP, Windows and MS Office, esp. Excel and project.
• Familiar with document controls, BOMs, ECOs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manufacturing Operations Director.
• Interface with ODM/CM partners in Mexico.
• Ensure delivery, quality, and timely reporting of build plans.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and RMA teams.
• Develop and implement Build Plans to support revenue shipments.
• Manage build plan execution and reporting for timely product delivery to hubs.
