Job summary

You will analyze packaging methods, manage material specs, and drive continuous improvement across production, QA, and supply chains, with emphasis on technical accuracy and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software with project management skills.
• Testing expertise per ASTM/ISTA standards.
• 3+ years of packaging design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and design principles.
• Familiarity with production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental issues in packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging solutions that protect products during transportation, storage and handling.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate packaging solutions for specific products.
• Analyze data and research to improve packaging processes and implement solutions.
• Develop and execute standard operating procedures for product packaging.
• Ensure consistency and quality of packaging across the organization.
