Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Project Management with significant IT/tech project delivery.
Mandatory experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong planning, execution, scheduling, and delivery capabilities.
Experience with RAID, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams to ensure successful execution.
Monitor progress, address delays, and manage resource constraints.
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports for stakeholders.
