Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage 3+ projects concurrently depending on complexity.
• Lead a matrixed project team focusing on resource allocation and scheduling.
• Create and maintain schedules using MS Project/Project Server.
• Reconcile team time cards with planned hours and adjust tasks.
• Track project financials; manage variances and funding needs.
• Ensure adherence to PPM processes and templates.
• Identify risks/issues; escalate appropriately.
• Prepare and deliver twice-monthly status reports.
• Engage with project teams, sponsors, stakeholders, portfolio managers.
