Job summary

State Farm is seeking a P&C Actuarial Analyst in Georgia to develop actuarial recommendations and apply statistical modeling to business problems. The role involves collaborating across departments and supporting exam progression within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Eligible candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have 1+ actuarial exam progress, and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before start date.
• GPA 3.25+; 3.5+ preferred with unofficial transcripts.
• Experience with data and statistical analysis in Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
• Completed actuarial internship or similar work experience.
• At least one SOA or CAS exam completed; two+ exams preferred.
• Intend to earn ACAS/FCAS designation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, leadership, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
