The position requires a Bachelor's in actuarial science or related field, and progress toward SOA/ASA; 0–1 year of experience is expected. Competitive benefits accompany base salary of $65,000–$85,000.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree actuarial science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Completion of one SOA exam and commitment to ASA designation.
- Currently a candidate in or qualified to become a candidate in the Aflac Actuarial Development Program.
- Zero to one year of professional job-related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Actuarial analysis to support risk and financial decisions.
- Develop, enhance, and deliver actuarial and financial models; present findings.
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business needs.
