It is at the core of how we operate and the reason for our success. We're moving with urgency to become a Next Gen Good Neighbor, with technology that strengthens human connections and enhances the customer experience. As an employee, you'll spend less time navigating systems and more time applying judgment, empathy, and expertise in the moments that matter most.

A “hybrid” position means selected candidates will be assigned to a facility and will work some days in the office and some days from home. In this role, you should plan to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week currently, increasing to 3 days per week in 2027. Associates are expected to travel to and from their assigned office location as part of the hybrid arrangement. Work arrangements may change over time based on business needs, and your leadership will share additional details about your department’s approach.
As part of the Property and Casualty Actuarial community, you’ll be challenged and empowered to grow both personally and professionally. We’re committed to helping each associate reach their full potential.
To support that growth, P&C Actuarial offers a competitive Exam Support program for associates pursuing their actuarial designations.
Our Sharing Economy team is responsible for adapting to shifting consumer preferences and emerging trends in the transportation of both people and goods—and evaluating how those trends affect our customers’ insurance needs. The team partners with cross-functional groups, including Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Loss Reserves, to translate platform data into pricing recommendations that support profitable program growth for the #1 Property and Casualty insurer in the United States.
Analysts gather and reconcile data from a variety of internal systems and external sources to support actuarial analyses. They also help build and maintain tools used for in-depth loss analysis, actuarial indications, and ongoing trend monitoring.
Selected candidates will be placed at the job level best aligned with overall competitiveness, based on work history, educational background, industry knowledge, and ACAS/FCAS exam progress.
