Job summary

Stanford University’s Residential & Dining Enterprises seeks a Project Manager with Residential Construction (Apartments/MEP) as an Owner’s Representative to oversee campus projects from concept to close. You will manage a project team, coordinate with senior leaders, and ensure budgeting, scheduling, risk, and compliance across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The role is hybrid, with up to one telecommuting day, and offers a pay range of $175,000–$185,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related project management experience.
• Preferred: engineering, architecture, or construction management background.
• Preferred Project or Construction Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct projects with high functional integration and multiple disciplines.
• Develop action plans and estimate resources (management, labor, materials, time).
• Facilitate negotiations to drive consensus and manage change.
• Oversee quality assurance/control and project accounting across the portfolio.
