Hibu is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative in California to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with a hybrid work model that combines home office and in-field activity.

Year 1 total compensation targets are $110K–$120K with added incentives, growing to $120K–$140K+ in Year 2. Expect rigorous training, a clear career path, and access to premier digital marketing tools and support.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book of business and earn commissions by retaining clients.
• Deliver both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
