Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid sales environment. The role includes selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, ads, reviews, and SEO, to small business clients.

You will prospect in a designated territory, set appointments, and deliver compelling presentations both virtually and in person. Base salary of $46,000 with on‑target earnings in the $90k–125k range first two years, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across industries.
