Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid environment to drive Digital Marketing solutions for small businesses. You will prospect, present, and close deals while building a growing client book and earning residual commissions through ongoing account management.

Year 1 on-target earnings range from $90,000 to $100,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 targets rise to $105,000–$125,000. Base salary starts at $46,000 with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
