Merakey is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Colmar, PA to provide individual therapy within a clinic behavioral health program. The role emphasizes active client engagement, retention, and coordination of care under leadership of a clinical team.

The position offers hybrid work and a billable service bonus system, with licensure supervision and ongoing Evidence Based Practice training such as CBT, DBT, PE, and TF-CBT for eligible staff.

Formación

• Master's degree in a human service-related field is required.
• 1-year clinical internship is required.
• Candidate needs 20+ hours of availability to work with adults, including daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends.
• Billing 15–20 clients weekly with an 80% monthly productivity target.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver therapy services to individuals in the clinic behavioral health program.
• Coordinate care under supervision of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor.
• Engage clients to promote retention and provide therapy to adults and children with mild to severe mental illness.
