Job summary

Advocate Health in Milwaukee seeks a Clinical Dietitian to provide comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy to the hospital\'s inpatient census, tailoring plans to life cycle and diagnosis-specific needs.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and food services to implement nutrition prescriptions, manage enteral/parenteral support, and support transitions to home while maintaining compliance with CMS and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in clinical nutrition and Nutrition Focused Physical Exams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Medical Nutrition Therapy for inpatients and outpatients.
• Prescribe enteral and parenteral nutrition; collaborate with physicians and Pharmacy.
• Develop and document nutrition plans; ensure alignment with interdisciplinary care and reimbursement.
