Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) seeks an OSP Construction Coordinator to service Helena, Anaconda & Billings, MT. This hybrid role combines field site work with office tasks, requiring travel and hands-on construction coordination.

Responsibilities include walkouts, verify as-builts, BOMs and CE estimates, permit identification, client communication, and weekly management reports. Candidates need 3+ years in cable construction and strong leadership, with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on cable construction experience.
• Knowledge of local dig laws.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform walkouts pre/post-construction.
• Verify as-builts.
• Troubleshoot build-out issues in the field.
• Verify subcontractors have PPE.
• Identify permitting requirements.
• Communicate with customers in the path of construction.
• Prepare BOMs, cost estimates, and daily quality control audits.
• Compile NTP packages for contractors.
• Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity.
• Follow-up with municipalities regarding permitting.
