Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an Organizational Excellence Supervisor to mentor, coach, and supervise the Organizational Excellence staff. You will ensure cross-team coordination aligns with IMRF’s Strategic Plan and provide leadership on performance measurement, goal setting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with an external Organizational Excellence Consultant to design strategies, lead Lean Six-Sigma initiatives, and grow CPI capabilities across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Extensive Lean and Six Sigma knowledge with CPI tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Experience coaching and leading cross-functional teams.
• PMP or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and supervise Organizational Excellence staff.
• Lead strategic planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with external consultant to develop and implement strategy.
• Lead Lean Six-Sigma initiatives and CPI tool adoption.
• Hire, train, and manage department staff; oversee performance and planning.
