Evans, Inc. is hiring an Organizational Design & Development resource to join their Washington DC team on a contract. You will drive leadership development, organizational design, and overall organizational effectiveness through collaboration with senior leaders.

This hybrid role requires facilitation, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and advisory capabilities. FAA experience is highly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Experience with facilitation, organization development and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work with little supervision and to support management, including executive levels.
• Strong organizational development and design experience.
• Stakeholder communication and facilitator experience.
• Strategic planning and advisory experience supporting organizational objectives.
• FAA experience is highly preferred.
• Certification in leadership development or facilitation is a plus.
