Job summary

Securitas Healthcare seeks a Partner Order Compliance & Support Coordinator to ensure orders meet company DOA standards and processing accuracy. You will audit Partner POs, verify vendor data, and act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations to protect order integrity.

The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week in Lincoln, NE and up to two remote days. Strong communication and Excel skills are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service, data entry or clerical experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a high‑demand environment.
• Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Experience with order processing, PO validation, and DOA concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate partner orders for accuracy and DOA compliance.
• Audit customer purchase orders and ensure matching PO details.
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Operations to protect order integrity.
• Support cross‑functional teams and handle post‑sale inquiries and disputes.
• Schedule and prioritize orders with internal teams and respond to inquiries.
