Job summary

Securitas Healthcare, part of Securitas, seeks a Partner Order Compliance & Support Coordinator to ensure orders meet DOA and contract requirements. You will validate order accuracy, audit Partner POs, and serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance and Operations in a hybrid Lincoln, NE role.

This role handles order entry integrity from submission to fulfillment, tracks discrepancies, coordinates with Sales reps in NA and internationally, and supports billing processes while advancing process

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service, data entry and clerical experience required.
• Professional phone skills with the ability to speak to key accounts required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders comply with DOA, policies, and contractual requirements.
• Validate/audit Partner POs; verify vendor, remittance, terms, and pricing details.
• Own order entry integrity from submission to fulfillment; coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations.
