Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an IT ERP Functional Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and optimize Oracle EBS Sourcing and Procurement processes.

You will design functional specifications, lead testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT), support integrations across global supply chains, and provide production support, with 25% travel and a hybrid model at the Grafton site in Wisconsin. Experience with Purchasing, Sourcing, and Supplier Management, plus RICEW/CEMLI, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of functional experience supporting Oracle EBS Sourcing and Procurement in a global environment
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or APICS certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and document functional requirements across sourcing, procurement, and related supply-chain processes
• Design functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and extensions and collaborate with technical teams for implementation
• Review and validate technical designs for functional accuracy, scalability, and supportability
• Support CRP, SIT, regression testing, and UAT with business sign-off within SLAs
• Provide functional governance for integrations between Oracle EBS and internal/external systems
• Deliver production support and continuous improvement across the full lifecycle
