SPN Solutions seeks an Oracle E-Business Suite Developer to extend and repair Oracle EBS for a mission inventory system. You will work in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow, contributing to a cloud migration from Fairfax, VA, with some telework. Start Oct 2026, full-time, W-2.

The role requires strong EBS development skills, security-minded coding, and collaboration with a cross-functional team in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite development experience OR 10+ years in related roles.
• 4+ years in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Oracle Workflow Builder; 6+ years across EBS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test Oracle EBS customizations and interfaces: PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, APIs.
• Develop features for the new system in an agile cadence with peers; ensure peer review of changes.
• Build and maintain interfaces between Oracle and third-party warehouses, with data validation.
• Support data migration and reconciliation for cutover validation.
• Address defects within release cycles; apply security principles in code; maintain documentation.
• Support patch impact analysis and retrofit customizations after Oracle patches.
