Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, client service, or financial services preferred.
• Experience within wealth management or professional services environment strongly preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve operational workflows across the practice.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support automation initiatives.
• Monitor operational priorities, recurring business activities, and special projects.
• Assist with implementing operational initiatives that support firm growth and scalability.
• Serve as an internal resource for Redtail CRM and other core technology platforms, including RightCapital and DocuSign.
• Maintain workflows, templates, reports, and system documentation.
• Coordinate technology enhancements and vendor support.
• Help ensure systems are utilized consistently and effectively across the team.
• Assist with technology implementations and process improvements.
