Actify ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team in a hybrid role based in Pikesville, MD. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

- Pay Range: $90- $120/hour
- Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
- Location: Pikesville, MD 21208 and Surrounding Area
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
