HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $95 - $115/hour

• Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available Starting at 6 Hours/Week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Landover, MD 20785 and surrounding areas
