Actify ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our hybrid team in Clinton, MD. The role emphasizes client-centered ABA program development, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families to ensure client success.

Qualified candidates hold Maryland LBA and BCBA credentials, possess a Master’s in ABA or related field, and demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills. Flexible schedules and back-office support are provided.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is mandatory.

HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $95 - $110/hour
• Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Clinton, MD 20735 and surrounding areas
