Actify ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our hybrid team. The role focuses on developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to support client outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in ABA, maintains an active MD LBA license, and can deliver in-person services as part of a flexible, hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Active Maryland LBA license is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Pay Range: $90 - $120/hour
• Part-Time: 9 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
