Job summary

Zevenbergen Capital Investments LLC (ZCI) in Edmonds, Washington, is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Operations team. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supports client service, trading, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple tasks across investment operations, compliance, trading, and client service, showing initiative and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two years experience in an operational role within financial services.
• Proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong client-service orientation and business ethics.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with confidence to present ideas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client accounts and transaction activity for updates and changes.
• Ensure equity trades and cash flows are reflected in portfolio accounting.
• Reconcile custody accounts to the portfolio accounting system.
• Communicate with brokers about trade settlement issues and report cash flows.
• Prepare daily trade files to brokers and custodians.
• Assist in compliance-related tasks and proxy voting management.
• Support research and information gathering for potential class actions.
