Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Supervisor of Operations Support to lead a multi-location team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on employee expectations, delivering department goals, and directing daily work to ensure on-time, quality customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include process improvement, staff development, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to align operations with business objectives while maintaining a safe, engaging work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred with leadership experience or High school diploma plus 10 years of applicable work experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and SAP in relevant area; strong analytics and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shared services process team and manage daily workload to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners to align processes across units and improve performance metrics.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct DOA audits, and ensure safe working environment.
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement and high impact behaviors across the team.
