Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 0–5 years process engineering experience.
• Knowledge of refinery processes.
• Familiarity with process-simulation software (Petro-SIM, ProMax, HYSYS).
• Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in Distilling Unit 1 through learning and field engagement.
• Provide technical monitoring to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable operations.
• Support turnaround work scope and field execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and other engineering disciplines.
• Provide backfill support across multiple production areas as priorities evolve.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and problem evaluation.
• Perform engineering analyses as needed.
