Job summary

WPP Unite is seeking an Operations, Associate Director to drive delivery excellence, financial stewardship, and scalable workflows for complex marketing solutions across US-based teams. You will partner with Account Leads and discipline teams to translate business needs into structured plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional delivery, improving processes, and guiding teams through new workflows while maintaining visibility into progress

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Project Management or Operations in a fast-paced agency.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
• Experience managing digital projects across media, creative, or integrated marketing.
• Proficient with project management tools: Wrike, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery across U.S.-based teams.
• Define scopes, timelines, and actionable workflows.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Media, Creative, Analytics teams.
• Identify risks and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communications and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements across disciplines.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on workflows and tools.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and alignment.
• Apply strategic thinking to client goals and outcomes.
• Monitor project financials and resource needs.
• Lead and develop team members.
