• Provide phone support to high-profile Financial Advisors regarding Alternative Investment transactions.
• Handle 30-50 calls per day via the Morgan Stanley Service Network and Genesys routing.
• Maintain call logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Morgan Stanley Client Solutions teams on processing requests.
• Engage in Ad Hoc projects supporting Alternative Investment Operations teams.
• Demonstrate World Class Service to Advisors and their staff.
• Participate in ongoing training on Alternative Investment products and systems.
• Follow professional telephone etiquette and ensure caller satisfaction.
