The role requires 3+ years of related experience, SQL and Excel proficiency, and strong analytical skills. It is a hybrid position with in-office and remote work options in Bannockburn, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; 3+ years related experience.
• 3+ years related work experience.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Excel, Access and database analytics.
• VBA experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with a customer service focus preferred.
• A self-starter and independent individual who is able to work in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Works across business units to provide direction on actions needed to clear open accounts receivable.
• Oversee the review and resolution of outstanding financial transactions.
• Support cash management initiatives.
• Create and analyze complex operational reports.
• Work with finance and account team to produce ad-hoc reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other locations and departments to facilitate data requirements.
• Follow standard practices in technology development within the department.
• Assist with proactive management of team deliverables.
