• Through understanding of first-and-last-mile and dock operations.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
• Working knowledge of programming and systems.
• Basic knowledge of Video Direction and Development.

Responsibilities

• Provides cost justification, performance analysis, and other analysis.
• Prepares reports and assists in expenditure proposals.
• Documents field processes and updates corporate publications.
• Supports operations including first-and-last mile and dock.
• Participates on new product development teams and special project teams.
• Provides implementation support for deployment of new functions, processes and systems.
