Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Procurement Analyst III to manage requisitions, data accuracy, and process improvements across capital and expense items. The role supports SOX controls, supplier collaboration, and project work at FedEx Office centers.

The position requires collaboration with Real Estate, Accounting, and Sourcing teams, along with training new staff and developing test data for system enhancements. Hybrid work near Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of procurement, supply chain, or sourcing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of purchasing systems; One plus year experience with PeopleSoft systems, including eProcurement and Oracle Retail Merchandising Systems preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and Finance best practices.
• Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel skills including vLookups, macros, and pivot tables.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications; (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)

Responsibilities

• Respond to email requests and process submissions per SLAs.
• Create manual purchase orders and force ship files for capital/expense items.
• Comply with capital expenditure policy and guidelines.
• Perform Vendor Self Invoicing (VSI) tasks and resolve PO/Invoice price matches.
• Document and maintain processes, including desk procedures.
• Assist Real Estate team with ordering and project completion tasks.
• Develop test data and scenarios for system issues and enhancements.
