Job summary

REEF is seeking an Operations Analyst to support product planning, inventory management, reporting, and operational execution. The role emphasizes data accuracy, PO activity, and cross-functional insight in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the Carlsbad HQ and 2 days remote, located in California. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly purchasing activities to ensure product availability and inventory management.
• Perform master data validation and quality assurance checks.
• Conduct MCQ audits and maintain product information through PLM updates.
• Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and track sample procurement across Seasonal Salesman, First production, Off-cycle and TOP samples.
• Manage vendor scorecard reporting and assist with supplier performance reviews.
• Generate ad hoc analyses and reporting for cross-functional needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priorities.
