REEF Lifestyle LLC in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an Analyst, Operations to support product planning, inventory management, and reporting. The role emphasizes data accuracy, PO management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a track record of process improvements and owning their work. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 3 days in the HQ and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Analytics or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data validation and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and seasonal purchasing activities to ensure product availability and optimize inventory.
• Perform master data validation and quality checks for accurate data and buy execution.
• Conduct MCQ audits and maintain PLM data accuracy.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders following internal processes.
• Coordinate and track sample procurement (seasonal sales samples, first production, off-cycle, TOP samples).
• Manage vendor scorecard reporting and assist with supplier performance reviews; support QBR prep.
• Generate ad hoc analyses and reporting for cross-functional needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business priorities accurately and timely.
