Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Intern, Business Operations, to contribute to reporting, data visualization, and process improvements in a hybrid internship setting, with in-person work at a TU office location for at least two days weekly.

The role supports creating training materials, updating Salesforce data, and delivering project work within a 12-week paid summer program starting May/June 2025. Applicants pursuing a degree in Business/Operations/Analytics are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and graduating by June 2026 or earlier
• Project management and process improvement knowledge; ability to document processes
• Ability to prioritize with good time management and organization
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to learn new tools and software for day-to-day tasks
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide alternatives to problems
• Hybrid role requiring in-person presence at least two days per week

Responsibilities

• Create reporting and visualizations to help stakeholders reference metrics
• Update and clean Salesforce records and attributes
• Create training materials, user guides and knowledge articles
• Compile and deliver meeting notes and user responses as needed
• Work on and present a special project to the Client Operations team
