Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Irving, TX is seeking an OpenShift Site Reliability Engineer (hybrid) to design, build, and operate resilient OpenShift platforms. The role emphasizes automation, security, performance, and collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OpenShift.
• 3 + years of Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• 3 + years working with Ansible Playbook and Ansible Tower.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate microservices and event driven integrations
• Engineer new capabilities to the OpenShift Platform, and deliver those capabilities in a fully automated and supportable fashion
• Maintain the security, stability, and performance of the OpenShift Container platforms
• Researching and implementing ways to automate
• Understand complex systems and how to troubleshoot and make them highly available
• Work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Best practices knowledge around building a supportable repeatable k8s cluster with deployed applications
