Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of open pit mine planning experience including mine design, scheduling, Life of Mine planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in open-pit mine planning for coal, aggregates or other soft-rock operations is highly preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help mining operations unlock value from planning and scheduling processes.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers across diverse mining operations.
• Influence software adoption through solution-focused engagements.
• Expand industry exposure by supporting clients throughout the Americas.
• Contribute to product innovation through testing, feedback and customer insights.
