Job summary

A global mining software company based in Denver is seeking a Mine Planning Consultant to deliver technical support and maintain customer relationships for their mining solutions. The role requires at least 7 years of relevant experience and a tertiary qualification in Mine Engineering. Responsibilities include providing training, assisting the sales team, and conducting technical demonstrations. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English, with a willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in mine planning and scheduling systems.
  • Experience with Open Pit mining and coal/hard rock preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during pre-sales demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Deliver training to current and new software users.
  • Assist with BETA testing of new versions and products.
