Job summary

SRS Distribution in McKinney, TX is seeking an Onsite Search Product Manager to own the onsite search across its digital properties and 3 B2B e‑commerce catalogs. You will drive optimization, define ranking, relevancy, and personalization strategies, and collaborate with engineering and field teams to improve search results and user experience.

The role requires strong data governance, KPI tracking, and the ability to translate business goals into roadmaps.

Qualifications

3–5 years of onsite search optimization experience.
Proven track record building and optimizing B2B ecommerce experiences.
Success driving adoption, retention and CLV through digital experiences.
Expertise in site search, product discovery, or recommendations.
Strong leadership and collaboration across functions.
Experience with complex B2B catalogs and structured data.
Analytical mindset with KPI setting, measurement and test‑and‑learn.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and strategic tradeoffs.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools (GA/Adobe).

Responsibilities

Partner with engineering to integrate data for search platforms and define data usage.
Define functional requirements and oversee migration from legacy tools with minimal disruption.
Own search performance KPIs and optimize conversions and revenue attribution.
Lead A/B testing for ranking, UI, and filtering improvements.
Develop governance and taxonomy with the Product Data team.
