Cura-Hospitality is seeking a Registered Dietitian for NRMC in Natchitoches, LA. You will assess nutritional needs, plan interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support resident wellness.

The role is hybrid as described, with opportunities for education, licensure support, and a comprehensive benefits package. We welcome motivated graduates and experienced dietitians alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national examination administered by the CDR or meets eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR portfolio.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsabilités

• Provide Nutrition Assessments for admissions and ongoing care.
• Nutrition education for residents as needed.
• Create and update care plans for meals and resident preferences.
• Complete MDS for Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused exam to identify malnutrition per ASPEN criteria.
• Attend care conferences with families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in weekly meetings.
• Participate in QAPI and quality improvement activities.
• Conduct Monthly Kitchen Inspections and Meal Service Audits.
