Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator Associate to coordinate clinical studies from start-up to closeout. The role requires working under supervision and maintaining regulatory compliance, data integrity, and participant safety.

Hybrid/onsite work arrangement is noted with training four days per week, then 3–4 days weekly thereafter. Experience with EPIC, medical terminology, and Microsoft Office is beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree and two years related work experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Equivalent combination of related education and relevant experience.
• Experience with oncology or treatment trials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with research participants, sponsors and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate studies from start-up through closeout.
• Determine eligibility and gather consent per protocol and assist recruitment strategies.
